Every chance we get we share the story of our ROMANTIC DINNER, prepared by Chef Isabella, with everyone from family and friends to clients and colleagues! The dinner prepared with love and care by Isabella and served by Angela ranked right up there with the best of the best in the birthday gift repertoire! She is personable and super out-going, but most importantly, her food is delicious and her teachings are simple & easy to follow. If you haven't yet been to her classes or tasted her food, you are missing out on some PHENOMENAL Italian cuisine. Chef Isabella, your PESTO is PERFECTO. Delicious, outstanding, the BEST and I say that with all sincerity. John and I continuously compare your Pesto to every Pesto we eat whether we are in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, DC., well you get the idea. We even did the "Isabella's Pesto" test throughout Italy this summer and hands down "Chef Isabella's Pesto" was our favorite! John is waiting for the day I can buy your Pesto at the grocery store! It has been my privilege to know Jeff and Isabella for many years and partake of their wonderful culinary skills on numerous occasions. They truly embody the Italian tradition of elevating food and meals to an art form . To them preparing and serving at special occasions is a work of love and they are excellent at it. They bring recipes over 100 years old , from two Italian families and update them to contemporary tastes. Last month they catered a heavy hors d'oeuvres cocktail party for a The Central Florida Family Inn of Court. The responses were unanimously positive with many raves and the prices were most reasonably. Finally, prep and cleanup were flawless. A great find!

We had a wonderful time on Saturday evening! I can’t begin to even describe how excellent our experience was. The whole experience was a luxury that we will soon not forget. Now, the food: What can I say? PERFECTION comes to mind! You can tell that everything that was made was made with love right down to the personalized menu and napkin rings. We have not had an authentic Italian meal since we were in Italy until you came in to our home. And, the leftovers, Oh my gosh! There were enough for dinner the next night and lunch on Monday!
